针灸配合中药熏蒸对腰椎间盘突出的康复效果研究

Study on the Rehabilitation Effect of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumi-gation on Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨针灸配合中药熏蒸对腰椎间盘突出的康复效果.方法将2016年3月—2019年1月肥城市汶阳镇卫生院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者78例,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组(n=39)采用常规治疗;观察组(n=39)采用针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗,持续治疗4周.比较两组的治疗效果、生存质量及血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平.结果对照组有效率79.49%,低于观察组的94.87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).对照组躯体功能、心理功能、物质功能和社会功能均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与治疗前比,两组治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低;与对照组比,观察组治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-6水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针灸配合中药熏蒸对腰椎间盘突出的康复效果更显著,可以降低炎症因子,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广.

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on lumbar disc herniation.Methods 78 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the Wenyang Town Health Center in Feicheng City from March 2016 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group(n=39)was treated with routine therapy,while the observation group(n=39)was treated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effect,quality of life and serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the control group was 79.49%,lower than 94.87%of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical function,psychological function,material function and social function of the control group were lower than those of the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the two groups were lower after treatment;compared with the control group,the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were lower after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is more effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can reduce inflammatory factors and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
