引阳入阴穴位按摩配合音乐疗法治疗心肾不交型失眠患者的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Yang into Yin Acupoint Massage Combined with Music Therapy in the Treatment of Insomnia Patients with Heart-kidney Incompatibility

目的探讨引阳入阴穴位按摩配合音乐疗法治疗心肾不交型失眠患者的效果.方法选取2018年6月—2020年1月云南省楚雄州中医医院收治的心肾不交型失眠患者78例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各39例.两组患者均实施引阳入阴穴位按摩配合音乐疗法,对照组施以常规护理,试验组施以综合护理,对患者治疗前及治疗1个月后的各项匹兹堡睡眠(PSQI)评分进行观察.结果治疗1个月后试验组的各项PSQI评分明显降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论引阳入阴穴位按摩配合音乐疗法并联合综合护理具有良好的效果,能够有效降低各项PSQI评分.

Objective To explore the effect of Yang into Yin acupoint massage combined with music therapy in treatment of insomnia patients with heart-kidney incompatibility.Methods A total of 78 patients with heart-kidney incompatibility admitted to Chuxiong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table,with 39 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received Yang into Yin acupoint massage combined with music therapy,the control group received conventional nursing care,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing care.The Pittsburgh sleep(PSQI)scores of the patients before and 1 month after treatment were observed.Results Compared with the control group,after 1 month of treatment,the PSQI scores of the experimental group were significantly reduced,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yang into Yin acupoint massage plus music therapy and comprehensive nursing has a good effect,which can effectively reduce the PSQI scores.
