针灸配合早期康复护理对脑梗死肢体功能障碍患者的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients with Limb Dysfunction after Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨分析针灸联合早期康复护理对脑梗死患者肢体功能障碍的影响.方法选取兰陵县中医医院2018年1—12月收治的脑梗死肢体功能障碍患者80例为对象,随机法均分为两组,对照组行早期康复护理,实验组联合针灸干预.对比两组干预效果.结果干预后实验组患者Barthel指数与NIHSS评分改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后实验组患者护理疗效(95.00%)明显优于对照组患(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑梗死肢体功能障碍患者采取针灸辅助早期康复护理,能够有效帮助患者恢复肢体功能,大大提高患者出院后的生活质量.

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with early rehabilitation nursing on limb dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with limb insufficiency of cerebral infarction who were admitted to Lanling County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received early rehabilitation nursing,and the experimental group combined with acupuncture intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the improvements of Barthel index and NIHSS score of the experimental group was significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nursing effect of the experimental group after intervention(95.00%)was significantly better than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with limb dysfunction due to cerebral infarction,early rehabilitation nursing intervention combined with acupuncture and moxibustion assisted rehabilitation can effectively help patients recover their daily required limb functions and greatly improve the quality of life of patients after discharge.
