针灸联合拔罐治疗颈椎病的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Cupping in Treating Cervical Spondylopathy

目的探究颈椎病患者应用针灸联合拔罐治疗的临床效果.方法选取2017年9月—2019年3月长春市人民医院收治的80例颈椎病患者,随机分为观察组(针灸联合拔罐治疗)和对照组(常规治疗)各40人.结果相比于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率(95.0%)较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组疼痛评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛评分(3.31±2.56)分低于对照组(5.51±3.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组血流动力学相关指标改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论颈椎病患者应用针灸、拔罐治疗后,能够提高治疗效果,使患者的疼痛症状得到明显改善,同时可以有效缓解患者脑部组织血液供应不足的情况.

Objective To study the application effect of acupuncture and cupping combined with rehabilitation nursing in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to the hospital from September 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group by the odd-even method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with acupuncture and cupping,and routine nursing and rehabilitation nursing were applied to the nursing of the control group and the experimental group,respectively.Observe and compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups in pain score,cervical spine functional impairment index,and quality of life score(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and cupping in the treatment of cervical spondylosis combined with rehabilitation nursing can achieve a relatively ideal clinical effect,can improve the cervical spine function of the patients,and improve the quality of life of the patients.It is worthy of promotion.
