针灸联合康复训练治疗缺血性中风后痉挛性偏瘫的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Spastic Hemiplegia after Ischemic Stroke

目的分析针灸联合康复训练治疗缺血性中风后痉挛性偏瘫的效果.方法研究回顾了太原市中心医院2018年2月—2020年2月收治的180例缺血性中风后痉挛性偏瘫患者,按照治疗差异进行分组,一组应用康复训练为对照组,一组联合针灸治疗为观察组,对比两组的疗效、活动能力和痉挛症状.结果观察组治疗有效率96.67%高于对照组的88.89%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.0626,P<0.05).观察组治疗后Ash-worth评分为(2.44±0.12)分,CSI评分为(8.16±0.37)分,数据较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=18.9445、43.5524,P<0.05).观察组患者满意度96.67%高于对照组的88.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.0385,P<0.05).观察组干预后痉挛步态评分(1.4±0.6)分,麻痹评分(1.6±0.3)分,协调障碍评分(1.4±0.6)分,数据均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.5000、9.7619、5.6569,P<0.05).结论针灸联合康复训练治疗缺血性中风后痉挛性偏瘫效果显著,能够提高患者活动能力,减轻肌肉活动障碍,并改善痉挛症状,建议进行推广.

Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on spastic hemiplegia after ischemic stroke.Methods The study reviewed 180 patients with spastic hemiplegia after ischemic stroke in Taiyuan Central Hospital from February 2018 to February 2020.According to the treatment differences,they were divided into two groups.One group applied rehabilitation training was the control group,the other group combined with acupuncture treatment was the observation group.The curative efficacy,mobility and spastic symptoms of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 88.89%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.0626,P<0.05).After treatment,the Ashworth score in the observation group was(2.44±0.12)points and the CSI score was(8.16±0.37)points,which were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=18.9445,43.5524,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 88.89%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.0385,P<0.05).The observation group’s spastic gait score(1.4±0.6)points,paralysis score(1.6±0.3)points,and coordination disorder score(1.4±0.6)points after intervention,which were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=7.5000,9.7619,5.6569,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after ischemic stroke has a remarkable effect,which can improve the activity ability of patients,reduce muscle dysfunction,and improve the symptoms of spasticity,it is recommended to promote.
