摘要
目的探讨早期针灸推拿联合脑反射疗法对脑梗死偏瘫患者日常生活能力及运动功能的影响.方法回顾性分析2018年9月—2019年12月于平阴县中医医院接受治疗的49例脑梗死偏瘫患者临床资料,将采用脑反射治疗仪治疗的患者归为对照组(24例),将采用脑反射治疗仪+早期针灸推拿治疗的患者归为观察组(25例),两组患者均连续治疗12个疗程.对比两组患者治疗前、治疗12个疗程后的日常生活能力与运动功能.结果治疗前,对比两组患者生活能力量表(ADL)评分、Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12个疗程后,两组患者ADL评分、FMA评分均升高,且观察组升高幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论早期针灸推拿联合脑反射疗法对脑梗死偏瘫患者进行治疗,可有效改善患者运动功能,提高其日常生活能力,具有较好的康复疗效,值得临床推广.
Objective To investigate the effect of early acupuncture and massage combined with brain reflex therapy on daily life ability and motor function of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods The clinical data of 49 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia treated in Pingyin County Hospital of TCM from September 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients treated with brain reflex therapy instrument were classified as the control group(24 cases),and the patients treated with early acupuncture and massage with brain reflex therapy instrument were classified as the observation group(25 cases).The daily life ability and motor function were compared between the two groups before and after 12 courses of treatment.Results Before treatment,the differences in the scores of ADL and FMA between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 12 courses of treatment,the ADL score and FMA score of the two groups increased,and the increase of the observation group was greater,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early acupuncture and massage combined with brain reflex therapy for patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia can effectively improve the motor function of patients and improve their daily living ability.It has good clinical efficacy and is worthy of clinical promotion.
