腹腔镜根治术联合空肠间置代胃术在胃癌康复治疗中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Laparoscopic Radical Mastectomy Combined with Jejunal Interstitial Gastric Replacement in the Rehabilitation of Gastric Cancer

目的观察腹腔镜根治术联合空肠间置代胃术在胃癌康复治疗中的临床应用疗效.方法该院2018年7月—2019年7月收治的50例胃癌患者为该次研究对象,按照腹腔镜根治术是否联合分为对照组(25例:腹腔镜根治术联合食管空肠袢式吻合术)与实验组(25例:腹腔镜根治术联合空肠间置代胃术),比较两组患者预后情况.结果实验组患者平均住院时间比对照组短,且实验组患者术后并发症发生率(12.00%)比对照组术后并发症发生率低,两组患者各项数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论胃癌患者腹腔镜根治术联合空肠间置代胃术治疗与腹腔镜根治术联合食管空肠袢式吻合术相比,有利于患者术后康复.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection combined with jejunal space-based gastrectomy in the rehabilitation of gastric cancer.Methods 50 patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were the subjects of this study.They were divided into control groups according to whether laparoscopic radical surgery was combined(25 patients:laparoscopic radical surgery combined with esophageal jejunostomy).Surgery)and the experimental group(25 cases:laparoscopic radical surgery combined with jejunal interstitial stomach replacement surgery),compared the prognosis of the two groups of patients.Results He average length of stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications(12.00%)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy combined with jejunal interposition is better than that of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy combined with loop esophagojejunostomy.
