女性痰湿壅盛型高血压病给予半夏白术天麻汤合温胆汤治疗的康复效果分析

Analysis of the Rehabilitation Effect of Banxia Atractylodes Gastrodia Decoction and Wendan Decoction in the Treatment of Women with Phlegm Dampness Accumulation Type Hypertension

目的分析女性痰湿壅盛型高血压病给予半夏白术天麻汤合温胆汤治疗的康复效果.方法以该院2018年12月—2019年12月收治的68例痰湿壅盛型高血压病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成参照、实验两组,参照组行常规西药治疗,实验组在参照组基础上,应用半夏白术天麻汤合温胆汤治疗;比较两组治疗前后血压水平、临床治疗效果.结果治疗前,两组舒张压、收缩压相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组舒张压、收缩压均显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组临床治疗优良率(94.12%)显著高于参照组(73.53%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在西药治疗基础上,予以痰湿壅盛型高血压病患者半夏白术天麻汤合温胆汤,可改善其血压水平,提高临床治疗效果.

Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of Banxia Atractylodes Gastrodia decoction and Wendan decoction in treating women with high blood pressure.Methods 68 cases of patients with hypertension with phlegm dampness in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random digital table method,the reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,the experimental group was treated with banxia-bai-bai-bai-tai-taitang and warm-dan-decoction on the basis of the reference group,and the blood pressure level and clinical therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in diastolic and systolic blood pressure between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P>0.05).The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group(94.12%)was significantly higher than that in the reference group(73.53%)(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of western medicine treatment,Banxia Atractylodes Gastrodia decoction and Wendan decoction can improve blood pressure and improve clinical effect.
