补阳还五汤联合天麻钩藤饮对脑梗死患者康复功能的影响

The Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Tianma Gouteng Decoction on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨对于脑梗死这一疾病,采取中医补阳还五汤+天麻钩藤饮辅助治疗疾病的效果.方法选取2017年4月—2019年5月间该院接受的80例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成两组:对照组40例,该组患者采取常规西医对症治疗的方式,研究组40例,该组则是在对照组的西医治疗方法的基础上,为患者加用中医补阳还五汤联合天麻钩藤饮治疗方式,对比两组治疗1个月的临床疗效.结果疗程结束时的临床疗效评价结果显示,研究组总的治疗有效率为95.00%,对照组为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于治疗前,治疗后两组在NIHSS评分上均降低,BI评分均提高,但是研究组评分改善幅度要明显比对照组更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针对脑梗死,应用中医补阳还五汤联合天麻钩藤饮辅助治疗疾病的效果满意,可促进患者早日康复,值得推广使用.

Objective To explore the effect of supplemental therapy for cerebral infarction with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction received in our hospital in 2 years were selected as the research object,according to the random number table method divided into two groups:the control group 40 patients,the group of 40 patients with conventional western medicine treatment,the group is based on the western medicine treatment of the control group,for the patients with traditional chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Tianma hookwood drink treatment,compared the clinical effect of the two groups for 1 month.Results At the end of the course of treatment,the evaluation results showed that The total effective rate of treatment in the group was 95.00%and 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For cerebral infarction,the effect of using Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Gastrodia elata hookwood decoction is satisfactory.
