快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的临床应用

The Clinical Application of the Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Myomectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者应用快速康复外科理念的临床价值.方法择取该院2018年10月—2019年10月期间收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表将所有患者平均分成两组,参考组和实验组,参考组患者采取常规治疗措施,实验组患者采取快速康复外科理念进行治疗,对比两组患者术后下床活动时间、术后肠道排气时间、住院时间,对比两组患者术前、术后CPR指标的差异,对比两组患者不良反应发生情况.结果通过对比发现,两组患者术前CPR指标无明显差异,术后两组患者均较术前有所提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是,参考组患者指标上升更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者术后肠道排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间显著短于参考组,组间数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组患者不良反应发生概率显著低于参考组,组间数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论将快速康复外科理念用于腹腔镜剔除子宫肌瘤的患者群体中,能够减轻围术期的风险,缩减住院时间,降低不良反应的发生概率,促进患者更快更好的恢复,值得临床推广与应用.

Objective To explore the clinical value of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods Will pick from October 2018 to October 2019,during the 80 patients with uterine fibroids treated as the research object,according to the stochastic indicator will all the patients into two groups,reference group and experimental group,the reference group of patients treated with conventional measures,the experimental group patients take quick rehabilitation concept of surgical treatment,compared two groups of patients with postoperative bed activity time,length of hospital stay,postoperative intestinal ventilation time,compared two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative CPR index differences,compared two groups of patients with adverse reactions occur.Results Through comparison,it was found that there was no significant difference in preoperative CPR indexes between the two groups of patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the indexes of the reference group increased significantly(P<0.05).The postoperative intestinal exhaust time,out-of-bed activity time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than that of the reference group,and the data comparison between the groups showed significant differences,which were consistent with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the data comparison between the groups was significantly different,which was consistent with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery to patients with laparoscopic hysteromyoma removal can reduce the risk of perioperative period,reduce the length of hospital stay,reduce the probability of adverse reactions,and promote faster and better recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
