间歇经口食管管饲对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者营养状况与吞咽功能康复的影响分析

Analysis of the Effects of Intermittent Oral Esophageal Feeding on Nutritional Status and Rehabilitation of Swallowing Function in Patients with Dysphagia after Stroke

目的研究间歇经口食管管饲对于脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的作用与效果.方法选择2017年7月—2018年7月期间该院住院治疗的148例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者,通过随机分组方法把患者分为传统鼻胃管组(NG组)和间歇性经口至食管管饲法组(IOE组),每组74例,2组患者均接受常规药物和康复治疗措施,但NG组通过传统鼻胃管的方式进食,IOE组通过间歇性经口至食管管饲的方式进食.分别于干预前和干预后,采用生化仪器和血常规仪器检测总蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白评估患者营养状态,采用洼田饮水试验评估患者吞咽功能,观察比较其结果.结果在干预后,IOE组患者营养状态、吞咽功能比NG组患者更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论IOE能显著改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的营养状态与吞咽功能.

Objective To study the effect of intermittent transesophageal tube feeding on patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods Select during July 2017 to July 2018 in our hospital treatment of 148 patients with swallowing disorder after stroke,by random grouping method divided the patients into traditional group(NG)and intermittent nasogastric tube group through the mouth to the esophagus tube feeding method to set group(IOE),74 cases in each group,2 group,all patients received conventional drugs and rehabilitation measures,but NG group by traditional way of nasogastric tube feeding,IOE group by intermittent feeding through the mouth to the esophagus tube feeding way.Before and after intervention,total protein,albumin and hemoglobin were detected by biochemical and blood routine instruments to evaluate the nutritional status of patients,and the swallowing function of patients was evaluated by drinking water test in depression field,and the results were observed and compared.Results After intervention,the nutritional status and swallowing function of patients in IOE group were better than those in NG group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion IOE can significantly improve the nutritional status and swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke.
