针灸结合盆底康复疗法对改善妇科慢性盆腔疼痛综合征患者盆腔功能的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Acupuncture Combined with Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Therapy on Improving Pelvic Function in Patients with Gynecological Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome

目的探讨针灸联合盆底康复疗法用于改善妇科慢性盆腔疼痛综合征患者盆腔功能的临床效果.方法择取2018年11月—2019年11月期间在该院接受治疗的86例慢性盆腔疼痛综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表将所有患者均分成两组,一般组和观察组,一般组患者予以针灸治疗,观察组患者予以针灸联合盆地康复疗法治疗.对比分析两组患者治疗前后VAS评分,两组患者盆腔功能障碍发生情况,两组患者生活质量评分以及治疗效果.结果治疗前,两组患者VAS评分无差异,通过治疗,观察组患者VAS评分显著低于一般组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者生活质量评分显著优于一般组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者盆腔功能障碍发生情况明显低于一般组,且治疗有效率显著高于一般组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对于慢性盆腔疼痛综合征患者运用针灸联合盆底康复疗法治疗能够显著改善患者盆腔功能,缓解患者疼痛,临床疗效显著,值得推广与应用.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy in improving pelvic function in patients with gynecological chronic pelvic pain syndrome.Methods Eighty-six patients with chronic pelvic pain syndrome who were treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the table of random Numbers,all patients were divided into two groups,the general group and the observation group.Patients in the general group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with basin rehabilitation therapy.VAS scores before and after treatment,pelvic dysfunction in the two groups,quality of life score and treatment effect in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in VAS score between the two groups.After treatment,VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the general group,and the difference between the two groups was significant,which was in line with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the quality of life score between the two groups was not statistically significant.After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the general group,and the difference between the two groups was significant,which was consistent with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of pelvic dysfunction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the general group,and the effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that in the general group.The data comparison between the groups was significantly different,which was consistent with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic pelvic pain syndrome,acupuncture combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve patients'pelvic function,relieve patients'pain,and has a significant clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
