早期康复护理对肺结核患者的应用效果及肺功能影响评价被引量：1

摘要目的探讨早期康复护理对肺结核患者的应用效果及肺功能影响.方法选定该院于2016年2月—2019年8月收诊的108例肺结核患者,等距抽样法分为对照组(54例,常规式护理)与观察组(54例,早期康复护理+常规式护理)2组,比较2组肺结核患者的MSSNS评分、FEV1/FVC(1 s用力呼吸容积和肺活量比值)、6MWT(6 min步行试验)、FEV1(1 s用力呼气量)及康复满意率.结果观察组肺结核患者干预后的FEV1/FVC(67.75±5.74)%、FEV1(1.98±0.42)L、6MWT(389.76±35.68)m、康复满意率(94.44%)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MSSNS评分(57.32±5.29)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论应用早期康复护理后,可对肺结核患者的肺功能及心理状态进行改善,同时提升其运动耐力.
