中药熏洗联合功能锻炼在踝关节骨折患者术后功能康复中的应用效果探讨

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing Combined with Functional Exercise in Postoperative Functional Rehabilitation of Patients with Ankle Fracture

目的探讨中药熏洗联合功能锻炼在踝关节骨折患者术后功能康复中的应用效果.方法在该院2018年2月—2019年7月内收治的踝关节骨折患者中选择200例作为对象,将其随机分成对照组与研究组,每一组100例.对照组给予常规功能锻炼;研究组在功能锻炼的基础上进行中药熏洗.对比观察两组患者的术后功能康复情况.结果研究组踝关节功能评价优良率86%高于对照组68%,二组数据差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组VAS评分低于对照组,Baird-Jackson评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组踝关节活动度指标评分高于对照组,二组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中药熏洗配合功能锻炼,可促进踝关节骨折患者术后功能康复,作用显著,建议推广.

Objective To study the effect of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with functional exercise in the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with ankle fracture.Methods From february 2018 to july 2019,200 patients with fractured ankle were selected as subjects and randomly divided into control and study groups with 100 in each group.the control group was given routine functional exercise;the study group carried out traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on the basis of functional exercise.The postoperative functional rehabilitation of the two groups was observed.Results The excellent and good rate of ankle function in the study group was 86%higher than that in the control group 68%,the data of the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05);the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the Baird-Jackson score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with functional exercise can promote the rehabilitation of ankle fracture patients after operation.
