产后综合康复护理对产妇产后康复及感染预防的影响

The Influence of Postpartum Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Postpartum Rehabilitation and Infection Prevention of Parturient

目的评价产后综合康复护理工作落实在促进产妇产后康复、预防产妇感染等并发症方面的价值,以促进产妇产后康复.方法选择该院2019年1—10月分娩的100例产妇,结合产后护理方案进行分组护理,取1:1比例法.对照组50例产妇行产科常规护理,康复组50例产妇配合产后综合康复护理干预,对比对照组与康复组产妇经不同方案护理后的整体护理效果(感染发生率、护理满意度评分、生活质量评分、抑郁评分、泌乳始动时间、恶露时间、住院时间).结果康复组产妇感染发生率、抑郁评分均少于对照组,护理满意度与生活质量评分均高于对照组,泌乳始动、恶露以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论产后综合康复护理工作的落实可以促进产妇康复、预防感染,产妇满意度高.

Objective To evaluate the value of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in promoting postpartum rehabilitation and preventing complications such as infection,so as to promote postpartum rehabilitation.Methods From January to october 2019,100 cases of parturient women in our hospital were selected and divided into groups according to the plan of postpartum care.50 cases in the control group received routine obstetric nursing,50 cases in the rehabilitation group cooperated with the postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention,and compared the overall nursing effect(infection rate,nursing satisfaction score,quality of life score,depression score,lactation initiation time,lochia time,hospitalization time)of the control group and the rehabilitation group after different nursing programs.Results The incidence of infection and depression scores in the rehabilitation group were lower than those in the control group,the nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group,and the lactation initiation,lochia and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of parturient women,prevent infection,and improve the satisfaction of parturient women.
