健康教育对社区老年高血压患者康复效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Health Education on Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients with Hypertension in Community

目的分析健康教育对社区老年高血压患者康复效果的影响.方法选取2017年1月—2018年10月230例社区服务中心收治的老年高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(115例)与对照组(115例).对照组提供常规护理措施,观察组则在对照组的基础上加入健康教育.随访1年观察两组患者出现高血压并发症发生率以及护理满意度.结果观察组患者高血压并发症发生率以及护理满意度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论通过健康教育能够降低老年高血压患者的高血压并发症发生率,同时提高了患者对护理的满意度,值得在社区服务中心推广使用.

Objective To analyze the effect of health education on rehabilitation of elderly hypertensive patients in community.Methods 230 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to the community service center from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the observation group(115 patients)and the control group(115 patients).The control group was provided with routine nursing measures,while the observation group was supplemented with health education.Patients in the two groups were followed up for 1 year to observe the incidence of hypertension complications and nursing satisfaction.Results The incidence of hypertension complications and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can reduce the incidence of hypertension complications in elderly patients with hypertension,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing care,which is worth promoting in community service centers.
