康复训练结合脊柱后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱压缩型骨折的效果观察

摘要 目的探察康复训练结合脊柱后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱压缩型骨折的效果.方法所有患者给予两组脊柱后凸成形术,对照组在其基础上加常规功能训练,观察组加康复训练,对比两组治疗的效果.结果经治疗后,两Oswestry指数、ADL评分在术后7 d、术后3个月对比,观察组较对照组高,术后3个月,两组AH、AH/PH%对比,观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论联合脊柱后凸成形术和康复训练用于治疗骨质疏松性脊柱压缩型骨折,应用效果较好,值得推广.
