中风康复期CT影像及其与康复关系研究

Study on CT Image of Stroke Rehabilitation and its Relationship with Rehabilitation

目的分析中风康复期患者的CT影像表现及影像规律,并对中风康复前景进行评价以指导中风的治疗.方法选取2018年3月—2019年5月收治的125例中风患者为研究对象,根据CT影像与表现分成康复期(64例)与后遗症期(61例),对不同分期中风者进行CT扫描,分析CT影像变化规律及结合临床特征评价远期康复情况.结果中风恢复期病理表现主要为水肿消退及病变吸收,CT显示病灶吸收及缩小,随着发病时间的增加CT值逐渐降低;中风后遗症期CT表现以病灶软化、囊年、脑萎缩为主,但病灶的变化不明显.结论中风恢复期CT表现是病灶恢复过程,在这一时期需指导患者尽早开始进行功能锻炼,而中风后遗症期病灶相对稳定,该时期功能锻炼应持久进行以促进疾病远期恢复.

Objective To analyze the CT imaging findings and imaging patterns of patients with stroke rehabilitation,and to evaluate the prospect of stroke rehabilitation to guide the treatment of stroke.Methods From March 2018 to May 2019,125 patients with stroke were selected as subjects.According to CT images and performance,they were divided into rehabilitation period(64 cases)and sequelae period(61 cases).CT scans were performed on patients with different stages of stroke,and the changes of CT images and clinical characteristics were analyzed.Long-term rehabilitation.Results The pathological manifestations of stroke recovery were mainly edema regression and lesion absorption.CT showed that the lesions were absorbed and reduced.The CT value decreased with the increase of onset time.The CT findings of stroke sequelae were softening of the lesion,sac and atrophy of the brain.However,the changes in the lesions were not obvious.Conclusion The CT manifestation of stroke recovery is the process of focal recovery.During this period,patients should be instructed to start functional exercise as early as possible,while the lesions in stroke sequelae are relatively stable.Functional exercise should be sustained in this period to promote long-term recovery of disease.
