心理护理干预对脑瘫患儿康复训练的效果观察

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation Training of Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的分析心理护理干预对脑瘫患儿康复训练的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年5月—2019年8月在该院接受治疗的100例脑瘫患儿分为参照组和研究组,每组患儿50例,对参照组患儿施以常规护理进行干预,研究组患儿施以心理护理进行干预,比较两组护理前,护理1个月后及护理后3个月后的MDI、CP QL-Child以及发育正常指标的情况。结果护理前,两组的MDI、CP QL-Child评分基本一致,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理1个月后与护理3个月后,研究组的MDI与CP QL-Child评分均明显高于参照组,且研究组患儿发育正常的概率显著高于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑瘫患儿的康复训练中采用心理护理进行干预,效果显著,能够有效增强患儿智力与运动的发育,提高其生存质量,使其发育呈良性发展趋势,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention on rehabilitation training of children with cerebral palsy.Methods From May 2018 to August 2019,100 children with cerebral palsy who received treatment in our hospital were divided into reference group and study group,50 children in each group were treated with routine nursing,and the children in study group were intervened with psychological nursing.MDI,CP QL-Child and normal development indexes were compared between the two groups before nursing,one month after nursing and three months after nursing.Results Before nursing,the MDI,CP QL-Child score of the two groups was basically one.After 1 month of nursing and 3 months of nursing,the scores of MDI and CP QL-Child in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the probability of normal development in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention in rehabilitation training of children with cerebral palsy has remarkable effect,which can effectively enhance the development of intelligence and movement of children,improve their quality of life,and make their development show a benign development trend,which is worthy of extensive clinical promotion.
