利培酮片联合心理康复疗法治疗精神分裂症的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of the Treatment of Schizophrenia by the Combination of Lipeone Tablets

目的观察探讨利培酮片联合心理康复疗法治疗精神分裂症的临床效果。方法随机选择2018年9月—2019年9月来该院精神科进行治疗的精神分裂患者66例作为研究对象,抽签分两组。对照组患者单一采用利培酮片进行临床治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合心理康复疗法进行治疗。通过两组患者社会功能、日常生活能力、精神症状评定、阴性与阳性症状、治疗有效率以及家属满意率相关指标进行对比,对利培酮片联合心理康复疗法治疗精神分裂症的临床效果进行观察探讨。结果两组患者治疗后,研究组患者相关指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用利培酮片联合心理康复疗法对精神分裂患者进行临床治疗,能够明显改善患者社会功能和精神状态等相关指标,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe and explore the clinical effects of the combination psychotherapy therapy of lipeone tablets to treat schizophrenia.Methods 66 cases of schizophrenic patients who came to our hospital for psychiatric treatment from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly selected as study subjects,and the drawing of lots was divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated in a single clinical treatment with a capoxone tablet,and the study group was treated with combined psychotherapy therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect sequined in the treatment of schizophrenia was observed and discussed by comparing the social function,daily life ability,mental symptom assessment,negative and positive symptoms,efficiency of treatment and family satisfaction rate of two groups of patients.Results After treatment in both groups,the relevant indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of schizophrenic patients by the combination psychotherapy of lipeone tablets can obviously improve the social function and mental state of the patients and other related indicators,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable and worthy of clinical promotion.
