老年下肢骨折患者实施人性化护理模式的康复护理效果

Rehabilitation Effect of Humanized Nursing Mode for Elderly Lower Limb Fracture Patients

目的研究和分析老年下肢骨折患者康复期进行人性化护理的临床情况和效果.方法随机选择2016年6月—2019年1月期间,该院康复科收治的转归老年下肢骨折康复期患者116例.采用抽签法进行康复期护理分组,对照组(58例)予以常规护理,观察组(58例)予以人性化护理,回顾性分析两组的临床护理效果.结果经过临床护理,观察组患者的护理总有效率(98.28%)较之对照组(84.48%)有明显偏高,护理总满意度(94.83%)也明显高于对照组患者(81.03%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论老年下肢骨折患者康复期通过人性化康复护理干预,能够有效促进患者骨折恢复,提高治疗康复效果,具有较高的临床应用价值.

Objective To study and analyze the clinical condition sparing nursing during the rehabilitation period of elderly lower limb fracture patients.Methods Randomly selected 116 patients in the rehabilitation period of the rehabilitation period of the lower limb severity of the elderly were selected at random from June 2016 to January 2019.The group of nursing during rehabilitation was used by lottery method,the control group(58 cases)was given routine nursing,the observation group(58 cases)was given humanized nursing,and the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed retrospectively.Results After clinical care,the total efficiency of nursing(98.28%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.48%),and the overall satisfaction of nursing(94.83%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.03%),and the inter-group comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation period of the elderly lower limb fracture patients can effectively promote the recovery of fractures and improve the effect of treatment and rehabilitation through the intervention of humanized rehabilitation nursing,and has high clinical application value.
