产后康复护理对患者盆底功能恢复效果的影响

Effect of Postpartum Rehabilitation Nursing on the Recovery of Pelvic Floor Function

目的研究产后康复护理对患者盆底功能恢复效果的影响.方法该院于2018年4月—2019年4月收治的82例产妇进行研究,随机将其划分为对照组、研究组各41例,实施常规护理的是对照组,在对照组基础上实施产后康复护理的是研究组,观察两组患者护理依从性评分与护理满意度.结果护理后,研究组的护理依从性评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组护理满意度92.7%明显高于对照组75.6%.结论产后康复护理应用于产妇产后盆底功能恢复的护理中,对产妇的治疗极为重要,可以提高产妇对护理的依从性与护理满意度,值得临床推广.

Objective To study the effect of postpartum rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of pelvic floor function.Methods A total of 82 women who were admitted to our hospital from April 20 to April 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group of 41 patients.The routine nursing care was carried out in the control group.Postpartum rehabilitation care was the study group,and the nursing compliance score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results After nursing,the nursing compliance score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 92.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.6%).Conclusion Postpartum rehabilitation nursing is very important for maternal treatment in the nursing of postpartum pelvic floor function recovery.It can improve maternal compliance and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
