观察快速康复外科理念在心脏搭桥手术护理中的应用价值

Observation on the Value of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in Nursing of Heart Bypass Grafting

目的探讨快速康复外科理念在心脏搭桥手术护理中的应用价值.方法使用数字随机方法将该院在2018年6月—2019年5月期间接收治疗68例心脏搭桥手术患者分成对照组和观察组,两组例数相同,均为34例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上采用快速康复外科理念进行护理,对两组护理效果进行比较分析,明确快速康复外科理念临床应用价值.结果在手术相关指标以及康复时间方面比较,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对心脏搭桥手术患者采用快速康复外科理念进行护理,效果确切,值得在临床上推广和应用.

Objective To study the value of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of cardiac bypass surgery.Methods 68 cases of cardiac bypass surgery received by our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the digital random method.The observation group,based on the nursing of the control group,adopted the rapid rehabilitation surgical idea for nursing,and the two groups of nursing effects were compared and analyzed,and the clinical application value of the rapid rehabilitation surgery concept was clearly defined.Results Compared with the recovery time,the observation group was superior to the observation group,the difference ws statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is worth to promote and apply the fast-recovery surgical idea for patients with bypass surgery.
