急性下肢动脉栓塞急诊手术患者的临床康复护理效果

Clinical Rehabilitation Nursing Effect of Patients with Acute Lower Ex-tremity Artery Embolism Undergoing Emergency Operation

目的探讨和分析急性下肢动脉栓塞急诊手术患者的临床护理方法和应用效果.方法回顾性随机抽取2015年8月—2019年8月以来,在该院急诊科接受急诊手术治疗的96例急性下肢动脉栓塞患者.按照随机数字表法对他们进行平均分组,即对照组患者48例,采用常规护理;观察组患者48例,采用康复护理,并就两组患者的临床护理情况和效果进行对比、分析和统计.结果经过护理,观察组患者的临床总有效率(95.83%)和护理总满意度(97.92%)均明显优于对照组(83.33%,81.25%),组间比较的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用康复护理进行急性下肢动脉栓塞患者急诊手术期间的临床护理工作,能够有效提高临床疗效和护理满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值.

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical nursing method and application effect of emergency operation for acute lower extremity arterial embolism.Methods From August 2015 to August 2019,96 patients with acute lower extremity arterial embolism were randomly selected from our emergency department.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into 48 patients in the control group and 48 patients in the observation group.Results After nursing,the clinical efficacy of the patients in the observation group was total.rate(95.83%)and total nursing satisfaction(97.92%)were significantly better than those in the control group(83.33%,81.25%),and the difference between groups was ststistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using rehabilitation nursing to carry out the clinical nursing work during the emergency operation of patients with acute lower extremity arterial embolism can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction,and has a high clinical application value.
