手术治疗足部骨折患者实施专科护理的效果探究

Study on the Effect of Specialized Nursing for Patients with Foot Fracture Treated by Operation

目的探究手术治疗足部骨折患者实施专科护理效果.方法择取2018年5月—2019年5月于该院收治的82例接受手术治疗的足部骨折患者作为研究对象,将其划分为两组后应用不同的护理模式.探究组患者接受专科护理,普通组患者接受常规护理模式,比较两组患者护理效果.结果(1)并发症发生率:探究组患者并发症发生率低于普通组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)生活质量:探究组患者生活质量评分高于普通组,双方差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论接受手术治疗的足部骨折患者采取专科护理模式可有效降低并发症风险,改善患者生活质量,值得在临床中进行大规模应用推行.

Objective To explore the effect of specialized nursing for patients with foot fracture.Methods A total of 82 patients with foot fractures who received surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as research objects and divided into two groups to apply different nursing modes.Patients in the study group received specialized care,patients in the general group received conventional nursing mode,and compared the nursing effect of patients in the two groups.Results 1.incidence of complications:the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the general group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.quality of life:the quality of life score of patients in the study group was higher than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The specialized nursing model for the patients with foot fractures treated by surgery can effectively reduce the risk of complications and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of large-scale application in clinical practice.
