康复治疗对纠正小儿脑瘫足内翻的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Rehabilitation Therapy on Correcting Cerebral Palpebral Varus in Children

目的观察康复治疗对纠正小儿脑瘫足内翻的临床效果并进行分析.方法选2014年2月—2019年1月收治的100例小儿脑瘫足内翻患者,随机分成对照组和观察组.对照组仅采用药物治疗,观察组在此基础上给予康复治疗,对比临床疗效.结果2组患儿采用不同的治疗方式进行治疗后,对小于1岁,1~3岁以及3岁以上的患者分别进行观察,结果表明,各个年龄段观察组患儿的治疗效果明显更佳,2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复治疗对纠正小儿脑瘫足内翻的临床效果更佳.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of rehabilitation therapy on correcting cerebral palsy and varus in children.Methods From February 2014 to Janaury 2019,a total of 100 children with cerebral palsy and varus were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was only treated with drugs,and the observation group was given rehabilitation therapy on the basis of this,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results After treatment with different treatments,the patients in the two groups were observed for patients less than 1 year old,1 year old-3 years old and older than 3 years old.The results showed that the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better in all age groups.The group contrast was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy is more effective in correcting cerebral palsy and varus in children.
