康复训练对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者预后的效果分析

目的分析为脑卒中吞咽障碍患者实施术后康复训练的临床效果。方法选取该院在2018年3月—2019年2月接诊的60例脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者进行研究,将所有患者随机划分成研究组和常规组,每组患者数量相同。常规组进行常规护理,研究组使用综合康复训练,察看两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组患者的NIHSS、Burke评分以及治疗总有效率明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.542、9.214,P<0.05;χ^(2)=8.345,P<0.05)。结论为脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者使用综合康复训练具有良好的临床效果,能够提升患者的预后效果,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of postoperative rehabilitation training for patients with dysphagia in stroke.Methods 60 patients with stroke and dysphagia who were admitted to the hospital from March 20 to February 2019 were enrolled.All patients were divided into study group and routine group,and the number of patients in each group was the same.Routine care was performed in the routine group,and the study group used comprehensive rehabilitation training to examine the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results The NIHSS,Burke score,and total effective rate were significantly better in the study group than in the conventional group,,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.542,9.214,P<0.05;χ^(2)=8.345,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of comprehensive rehabilitation training for stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction has a good clinical effect,can improve the prognosis of patients,and is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
