外科腹部术后胃肠功能紊乱的针灸治疗及护理疗效观察

Observation on Acupuncture Treatment and Nursing Effect of Gastroin-testinal Dysfunction after Abdominal Surgery

目的研究针灸治疗外科腹部术后胃肠功能紊乱的疗效,总结护理方法。方法择取2018年5月—2019年10月期间于该院收治的84例外科腹部术后胃肠功能紊乱患者作为研究对象,将其划分为综合组与常规组,每组42例。综合组患者接受针灸治疗并配合优质护理,常规组患者仅使用常规西药治疗并配合优质护理,比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况。结果(1)中医症候积分:综合组患者接受治疗后中医症候积分下降幅度高于常规组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)临床治疗总有效率:综合组患者临床治疗总有效率为88.10%,较常规组患者高出19个百分点,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)胃肠功能恢复时间:综合组患者胃肠功能恢复时间短于常规组患者,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科腹部术后发生胃肠功能紊乱的患者接受针灸治疗后疗效较好,胃肠功能恢复时间缩短,具有临床借鉴与参考价值。

Objective To study the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the general group and the conventional group,with 42 patients in each group.Patients in the comprehensive group received acupuncture and moxibustion treatment with high-quality care,while patients in the conventional group only received conventional western medicine treatment with high-quality care.The recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients in the two groups was compared.Results 1.TCM syndrome scores:the decline of TCM syndrome scores in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.total effective rate of clinical treatment:the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the comprehensive group was 88.10%,19 percentage points higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)recovery time of gastrointestinal function:the recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the comprehensive group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery have better curative effect after acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function is shortened,which has clinical reference and reference value.
