快速康复护理联合脐敷对腹式全子宫切除术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

The Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function after Total Abdominal Hysterectomy

目的探讨快速康复护理联合脐敷对腹式全子宫切除术后胃肠功能恢复的影响.方法该研究选择该院妇科2018年1月—2019年1月之间收治40例腹式全子宫切除术治疗患者为观察对象,依据不同护理方案分为对照组(20例,常规模式护理)和实验组(20例,快速康复护理联合脐敷),对比两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况.结果实验组观察对象临床护理后,住院时间、首次进食时间、首次排便时间、首次下地时间和首次排气时间等均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论腹式全子宫切除患者术后接受快速康复护理联合脐敷护理,有助于其胃肠功能的恢复,因而推广应用价值较高.

Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with umbilical compress on gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal hysterectomy.Methods In this study,40 patients with abdominal hysterectomy treated in our hospital's gynecology department between January 2018 and January 2019 were selected as observation objects.They were divided into the control group(20 cases,conventional mode nursing)and The experimental group(20 cases,rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with umbilical compress)was compared for the recovery of gastrointestinal function between the two groups.Results After clinical nursing of the observation group in the experimental group,the length of hospitalization,the first meal,the first defecation time,the first time to the ground,and the first time to exhaust were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients undergoing abdominal hysterectomy receiving rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with umbilical compress care can help their gastrointestinal function recovery.
