康复护理在宫颈糜烂患者微波治疗中的应用

Application of Rehabilitation Nursing in Microwave Treatment of Cervical Erosion Patients

目的探讨分析康复护理在宫颈糜烂患者微波治疗中的应用价值.方法于2018年2月—2019年7月,选取该院82例宫颈糜烂患者参与该次试验,按照住院床尾号单双数将其分成两组,对照组41例采用传统护理方式,观察组41例在传统护理基础上实施康复护理模式,观察对比两组患者临床应用效果.结果观察组患者痊愈19例,显效20例,无效2例,治疗总有效率(95.12%);对照组痊愈15例,显效16例,无效10例,治疗总有效率(75.61%),观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复护理在宫颈糜烂患者微波治疗中取得了较为良好的临床应用效果,有效改善患者病情,利于提高生活质量,值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the value of rehabilitation nursing in the microwave treatment of patients with cervical erosion.Methods From February 2018 to July 2019,82 patients with cervical erosion in our hospital were selected to participate in this trial,and they were divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers at the end of the bed.The control group was treated with traditional nursing methods The group of 41 patients implemented rehabilitation nursing mode based on traditional nursing,and observed and compared the clinical application effect of the two groups of patients.Results In the observation group,19 patients were cured,20 were markedly effective,and 2 were ineffective.The total effective rate of treatment(95.12%)was 15 in the control group,16 were markedly effective,and 10 were ineffective.The total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing has achieved good clinical application effect in microwave treatment of patients with cervical erosion,effectively improves the patient's condition,is conducive to improving the quality of life,and is worth promoting and applying.
