老年脑卒中患者的连续规范化康复治疗方法及效果

Continuous Standardized Rehabilitation Treatment Method and Effect for Elderly Stroke Patients

目的研究老年脑卒中患者的连续规范化康复治疗方法及效果.方法以该院选取的2018年8月—2019年8月收治的60例老年脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机将患者划分为两组,分别为对照组与观察组各30例,实施常规治疗的是对照组,实施连续规范化康复治疗的是观察组,观察治疗效果.结果治疗后,同组比较,两组治疗6个月后的神经功能缺损评分明显低于治疗前;异组比较,观察组的神经功能缺损评分相较于对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,同组比较,两组治疗6个月后的综合评定量表评分明显低于治疗前;异组比较,观察组的综合评定量表评分相较于对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论为老年脑卒中患者实施连续规范化康复治疗,可以改善患者的生活质量与综合评定量表评分,效果显著.

Objective To study the continuous standardized rehabilitation methods and effects of elderly stroke patients.Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,60 elderly stroke patients selected in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,30 each in the control group and 30 each in the observation group.Results After treatment,compared with the same group,the neurological deficit score of the two groups after 6 months of treatment was significantly lower than that before the treatment;compared with the other group,the neurological deficit score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the same group,the comprehensive assessment scale scores after 6 months of treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment;in the different groups,the comprehensive assessment scale score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous standardized rehabilitation treatment for elderly stroke patients can improve the quality of life and comprehensive evaluation scale score,and the effect is remarkable.
