新时期生态文明建设已经上升到关系永续发展的根本大计,为推进生态文明建设,泉州市自2017年开始持续探索生态空间的管控与实施路径.以《泉州市生态连绵带统筹实施规划》为载体,创新性地提出全域生态空间管控体系,建立了覆盖全域的“生态屏障、生态廊道、生态体验区”3级网络空间体系,从概念内涵、工作内容、空间载体等方面解析了各层次的实施路径,为国土空间规划体系下生态空间的分级实施路径提供研究样本.
