摘要 介绍了承压设备中球形和椭圆封头等凸形封头在设计和制造过程中存在的疑难技术问题,分析和研究了承压设备标准的相关规定,找到了影响封头设计、制造质量的根本原因,提出了科学、合理、可行的承压设备封头制造技术及质量的改进建议. The key and difficult problems existed in design and manufacturing of spherical and elliptic head of formed head of nuclear pressure equipment is introduced,analysis and research and probing into on related head requisition about pressure equipment standard being made,basic reason bring to design and manufacturing quality problem of head being found,a more scientific and reasonable and feasible improvement suggestion to enhance level and quality of manufacturing technology of pressure equipment is put forward.
