The key and difficult problems existed in design and manufacturing of spherical and elliptic head of formed head of nuclear pressure equipment is introduced,analysis and research and probing into on related head requisition about pressure equipment standard being made,basic reason bring to design and manufacturing quality problem of head being found,a more scientific and reasonable and feasible improvement suggestion to enhance level and quality of manufacturing technology of pressure equipment is put forward.
