Study on the Governance of Housing Conditions and Sanitation during"La Belle Epoque"in Paris

城市的住房作为城市结构的基本组成单位,不仅占据了城市史研究中一个重要的位置,还受到环境史、日常生活史和医疗社会史的深入研究.近年来随着传统史学的复苏,经济史和政治制度史领域中对住房的研究再次获得重视.因此本文旨在从"美好年代"巴黎住房的条件和卫生出发,探析城市的住房问题以及法国官方和民间对待这种问题的态度和解决方法.最后讨论该时期针对住房的治理在法国起到的影响,以更好地勾勒出城市的主体并从一个更深层次的角度来理解城市的维度.

The city’s housing,as the basic unit of the urban fabric,not only occupies an important place in the study of urban history,but also affected by the environmental history,history of everyday life and social history of medical and health.In recent years,with the revival of traditional historiography,the study of housing has been given renewed attention in the fields of economic history and the history of political institutions.The aim of this paper is therefore to explore the problem of housing and Sanitation during"La Belle Epoque".Discuss the attitude and solution of Parisian towards this problem.Finally,a discussion of the impact of the governance of housing in France during this period,in order to better define the urban subject and to provide a deeper perspective of the city to understand the dimensions of Paris.
