构建“学、 练、用”一体化的培训工作新模式

摘要 员工能力素质水平的高低直接关系着企业的成长和进步。县级供电企业人才匮乏、一线员工技能水平不高是县级供电企业面临的顽疾,如何切实抓好农电用工能力素质提升一直是县级供电公司努力探索的课题。某供电公司通过理论学习与现场培训相结合,实训与竞赛相结合,构建“学、练、用”一体化人才培养模式,实施差异化的“一人一控”员工素质提升计划,员工队伍综合能力素质水平得到了提升,为本质安全建设奠定了人力资源基础。 TThe level of employees’competency and quality is directly related to the growth and progress of an enterprise.County—level power supply enterprises are faced with the shortage of talents and low skill level of front—line employees.How to effectively improve the competency and quality of rural power supply employee is an issue that county-level power supply companies are trying to explore.Through combination of theoretical study and field training,combination of training and competition,one power supply company has established the“learning,practice,application”integrated model for personnel training,and implemented differentiated“one person with one control”staff quality promotion plan,then the competency and quality level of staff is enhanced,laying the human resource foundation for intrinsic safety construction.
