摘要
针对乡镇供电所员工职业素养基础薄弱,普遍存在文化水平低、业务技能水平低、安全意识差、综合能力差的“两低两差”现状,建立星级员工评定与绩效薪酬和选人用人等挂钩机制,开展了乡镇供电所星级员工评定工作,催生了乡镇供电所人员自发性学业务、练技能的内动力,形成了“以考促学”“以评促学”的良性机制,发挥了示范员工的引领作用,为企业持续健康发展实现人才储备奠定了良好基础。
Aiming at the weakness of the personnel in the township power supply stmions in respect to professional quality basis and the generally existed problems such as low educational level,low professional skill level,poor safety consciousness and poor comprehensive competency,through the establishment of the linkage mechanism between the star—level evaluation of employees and performance pay and the selection and employment of personnel,the evaluation of star—level employees in township power supply stations is carried out,which has effectively stimulated the intrinsic motivation of the personnel in township power supply stations to voluntarily learn business and practice skills,forming a good mechanisms of“promoting learning by examinations”and“promoting learning by evaluations”,and playing a role as model workers,and laying a good foundation for the sustainable andhealthy development of enterprises and the realization of talent reserve.
