无铝成分低牌号无取向硅钢析出物研究

Research on precipitation of low-grade non-oriented silicon steel without aluminum

摘要 采用配备了X射线能谱分析仪的Tecnai F20场发射透射电子显微镜对CSP流程生产的低牌号无A1成分体系硅钢析出物类型、形貌和尺寸进行了对比分析.结果表明:无铝成分(A1的质量分数小于0.01%)体系的50W1300和50W800的析出物主要为CuXS/MnS,但有铝成分体系中,除含有Cux S/MnS外,还含有大量Ti(CN)、A1N析出物;且采用无铝成分体系的50W1300和50W800中析出物平均尺寸仅为51 nm和90 nm,比有铝成分体系的69 nm和182 nm明显细小. The precipitations of non-oriented silicon steel produced by CSP were investigated by use of Tecnai F20 TEM with X-ray energy spectrum analyzer.The results showed that,the precipitates of aluminum free steel(the mass fraction of Al less than 0.01%)50 W1300 and 50 W800 are mainly CuXS/MnS,while the precipitates of the silicon steel 50 W1300 and 50 W800 containing aluminum,are not only CuXS/MnS,but also much Ti(CN)and AlN precipitates.The average size of the precipitates in 50 W1300 and 50 W800 without aluminum is 51 nm and 90 nm respectively,which is obviously smaller than the average size of 50 W1300 and 50 W800 contained aluminum of 69 nm and182 nm.
