中频薄规格无取向硅钢的温度效应研究

摘要 针对中频薄规格无取向硅钢的实际使用工况,研究了温度对中频薄规格无取向硅钢性能的影响,重点研究了0.25 mm厚中频薄规格无取向硅钢在温度范围-40~200℃、频率400 Hz和1000 Hz下的电磁和力学性能变化规律.结果表明:0.25mm中频薄规格无取向硅钢的中频铁损和磁感等电磁性能都随着温度的升高而降低;屈服强度随温度的升高呈单调下降的趋势,但抗拉强度先下降后升高并且在150℃附近出现拐点. The temperature effects on the properties of intermediate frequency thin-gauge non-oriented silicon steel,especially on the magnetic and mechanical properties of the silicon steel of 0.25 mm thickness in the temperature range from-40℃to 200℃and the frequency of 400 Hz and 1000 Hz,were investigated based on the practical working conditions.The results showed that the iron loss and magnetic induction of 0.25 mm thick intermediate frequency thin-gauge non-oriented silicon steel,decreased with the increase of temperature,and the yield strength decreased monotonously with the increase of temperature,while the tensile strength firstly decreased and then increased with an inflection point near 150℃.
