摘要
采用元分析的研究方法,基于发表于2003~2019年的77篇文献的138750个公司数据,探究了家族涉入对企业创新投入的影响及其边界条件.结果显示:家族涉入在较微弱程度上显著抑制了创新投入,但促进了创新产出.这意味着家族企业可能存在更高的创新效率,家族企业的创新决策受到行业、企业发展周期、上市动机及社会文化等制度性因素的影响.指出对家族企业创新的探讨需要突破家族涉入的单一研究框架,未来需寻找更全面反映家族企业独特性的因素.
Based on the data of 138750 firms from 77 literatures published in the period of 2003-2019,this paper studies the impact of family involvement on innovation investment and the boundary conditions by the meta-analysis technology.The results of meta-analysis show as follows:family involvement inhibits innovation input on a relatively small degree significantly,but promotes innovation output,which means that family businesses may have a higher innovation efficiency,and the innovation decision of family business is influenced by institutional systems,such as industry,enterprise development cycle,listing motivation and national culture.And it reveals that the current discuss on family business innovation needs to break through the single research framework of family involvement,and more comprehensive unique"familiness"factors of family enterprises should be found in the future.
