临床药学本科专业就业数据的回顾性分析与思考

Retrospective Analysis and Thinking on the Initial Employment of Clinical Pharmacy

通过对广西医科大学临床药学本科(包括临床药学方向)毕业生的初次就业率、就业区域、就业方向以及考研升学四个方面进行统计分析,结合我校现阶段的课程设置情况,借鉴国外的临床药学教育经验,分析我校目前教学模式与实际就业情况之间的锲合度,以便进行相应的教学改革,从而培养出符合现代医院药学模式的高素质临床药学专业人才.

We conducted statistical analysis on the initial employment rate,employment area,employment direction and attending graduate school in clinical pharmacy(including clinical pharmacy)of Guangxi Medical University.Based on the current curriculum system of our school and the experience of clinical pharmacy education abroad,this study aimed to analyze the degree of integration between our school’s current teaching mode and actual employment situation,so as to carry out corresponding teaching reform,thereby cultivating high-quality clinical pharmacy professionals in line with the modern hospital pharmacy.
