"对分课堂"很大程度上改变了高校思想政治理论课填鸭式教学的传统局面,强调教学各环节学生的主体地位.坚持灌输性和启发性相统一原则与"对分课堂"教学理念有机结合,是解决高校思想政治理论课教学瓶颈、提高教学实效性的有效手段.课堂上教师讲授、学生内化吸收、"学生讨论+教师引导"各环节的有序开展,有助于师生角色的重新定位,使学生在教学环节中通过富有创造性和个性化的认识过程,获得更大的学习主动权和成就感.

To a great extent,the“PAD class”mode has changed the traditional“duck-stuffing”teaching situation of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities,emphasize the main position of students in all links of teaching.It’s an effective approach for breaking through the teaching bottleneck and improving the pragmaticality of the course by integrating the principle of inculcation-heuristic coordination with the“PAD class”teaching mode.The role reposition of teacher and students can be realized by the implementation of all teaching steps such as inculcation of teacher,knowledge internalization of students and“discussion+guide”in an orderly way.More learning initiative and sense of accomplishment can be obtained by creative and personalized cognitive process of students during the overall“PAD class”teaching mode.
