大学生回乡创业问题研究——基于揭阳市惠来县的调查

Research on College Students'Returning Home to Start Their Own Business——Based on the Survey of Huilai County in Jieyang City

高校实行扩招以来,毕业生逐年增加.同时在乡村振兴、"双创"等国家战略的大背景下,大学生创业扶持政策日渐完善.该文通过对揭阳市惠来县大学生创业者的调查研究,了解到资金不足、个人能力不足、支持环境不佳等主客观因素导致大学生回乡创业人数少,同时深入了解到大学生回乡创业对农村经济、文化、社会方面都有实质性的影响.因而,要鼓励大学生回乡创业,应从个人层面、教育层面、政策层面、环境层面四个维度合力改善促进,才能够真正促进大学生回乡创业.

Since the introduction of enrollment in colleges and universities,college graduates improving year after year.While in the rural revitalization,based on mass entrepreneurship and innovation strategies,current students'entrepreneurship support policy is perfect.This article surveyed entrepreneurs in HuiLai County JieYang City,learn the factors which stop students return to their hometown to start up business,such as limited money,lack of capacity,bad business environment.Meanwhile,we know college students how to affect countryside'economy,culture and social life.Therefore,it is necessary to encourage college students to return to their hometown and start their own businesses from the four dimensions of individual,education,policy and environment.
