摘要
近年来,我国高校积极探索新型人才培养和管理模式,大学书院制已成为高校创新型人才培养模式的一个有益探索.该文以太原理工大学"匠坊书院"为例,探索高校新书院制教育模式的建设与发展规律,分享本科拔尖创新人才培养的探索实践及经验启示,加强"双创"教育资源的有效整合与共享,为建设创新型国家和人才强国战略服务.
In recent years,various universities in our country are actively exploring new talent training models and management models.The college system has become a useful exploration of innovative talent training models in Chinese universities.The article takes the"Craftsman College"of Taiyuan University of Technology as an example,explores the construction and development of the university's new college system education model,shares the exploration practice and experience enlightenment of the cultivation of elite innovative talents in undergraduate education,and strengthens the resources for innovation and entrepreneurship education,the effective integration and sharing of the company provides services for the strategy of building an innovative country and a talent-powered country.
