"双创"背景下应用本科毕业论文管理探索

The Study of Thesis Management of Application-Oriented Universities in the Background of"Innovation and Entrepreneurship"

本科毕业论文是对学生知识和能力的全面考核,是对学生科学研究基本功的训练,是衡量一个学生综合能力的重要指标.近年来,大批应用型本科高校的转型和国家"双创"计划的实施,为应用型本科毕业论文培养模式的教学改革提供了新的思路.通过对应用型本科毕业论文存在的问题进行调研探讨,针对学生的职业意向,对毕业论文进行分类管理,通过"双创"教育、以赛代教等不同形式,满足学生多样化的需求,最终使学生的毕业论文质量、创业能力、就业率和用人单位满意度均得到提高.

Thesis is a comprehensive assessment of students'knowledge and ability,a training of students'basic skills in scientific research,and an important index to measure a student's comprehensive ability.In recent years,with the transformation of a large number of application-oriented universities and the implementation of the national"innovation and entrepreneurship"educational program,it has provided a new way of thinking for the teaching reform of the training model of thesis.According to the investigation and discussion of the problems existing in thesis and the students'employment intention,the classification management of the thesis,the"innovation and entrepreneurship"educational program,participation in competition(instead of traditional teaching)and other different teaching forms meet the diverse needs of students and improve the final student's thesis quality,entrepreneurial ability,employment rate and employer'satisfaction.
