《大学生职业生涯规划与就业素养》课程融入思政理念是时代之趋.然而受制于课程地位和评价方式,在教学过程中推行课程思政的实效不佳,知识传授与价值引导失衡.要通过优化课程的顶层设计,打造思政教育嵌入职业生涯规划教育的课程体系;要梳理课程的教学目标,寻求思政教育融入职业生涯规划教育的交汇点;要挖掘课程的思政元素,创新提升思政教育质量的教学形式与方法来推行课程思政.

It is the trend of the times that college students'career planning and employment accomplishment courses are integrated with ideological and political concepts.However,limited by the status and evaluation of the curriculum,the implementation of ideological and political education in the teaching process is not effective,imparting knowledge and leading value is out of balance.We should optimize the top design of the curriculum,build the curriculum system of ideological and political education embedded in career planning education,comb the teaching objectives of the curriculum,and seek the intersection of ideological and political education and career planning education.We should excavate the ideological and political elements of the curriculum,innovate the teaching forms and methods to promote the quality of ideological and political education.
