2021年,上合组织迎来成立20周年.随着"一带一路"倡议同上合组织各国发展战略及欧亚经济联盟等区域合作倡议深入对接,互联互通不断推进,近年来重庆借势发力、主动作为,创新探索与上合组织国家常态化、机制化的交流合作渠道,重庆国际"朋友圈"不断扩大.2019年5月,上海合作组织地方领导人会晤在重庆成功举行,会议发表"重庆倡议",为推动正式建立上合组织成员国地方领导人论坛,深化上合组织国家务实合作贡献了重庆智慧和力量.
The year 2021 marks the 20^(th)anniversary of the establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO).In recent years,with strong synergy between the Belt and Road Initiative and the development strategies of SCO countries and regional cooperation initiatives such as the Eurasian Economic Union,greater connectivity has been facilitated.Chongqing,seizing these opportunities and taking initiatives,has developed innovative and routine exchange and cooperation mechanisms with SCO countries,truly expanding its international circle of friends.In May 2019,the SCO Heads of Region Meeting was held in Chongqing and the Chongqing Initiative was released.Chongqing has contributed wisdom and strength for the official establishment of the SCO Member States'Heads of Region Forum and the in-depth and practical cooperation between SCO member states.
