西南大学与“一带一路”沿线20多个国家的50多所高校建立了联系,构建国家级别的智库,增进互相之间的了解。西南大学建设有伊朗研究中心,把中国优秀的传统文化包括《大学》《中庸》《论语》《黄帝内经》等翻译成波斯语,还创办俄语国家研究中心和《俄语国家评论》杂志。

Southwest University has formed partnerships with over 50 universities across more than 20 countries along the Belt and Road and established national think tanks to promote mutual understanding.Southwest University has established an Iran Research Center to translate the essence of China's fine traditional culture,including works such as The Great Learning,The Doctrine of the Mean,The Analects of Confucius,and Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon into Persian.Additionally,they have created a Research Center on Russian-Speaking Countries and the journal World of Russian-Speaking Countries(?Миррусскоговорящихстран?)to foster better understanding and promote cultural exchange.
