未来的合作发展需要靠年轻人,现在老挝和东南亚国家的一些年轻人对中国的企业了解还不深入。政府应该鼓励更多中小企业在发展生产的同时,加强对当地文化的了解,在技术应用和企业管理方面,培养当地的人才,让他们通过企业更多地了解中国的政策和文化。

Future cooperation and development greatly hinge on the involvement of young people.However,many young people in Lao PDR and other Southeast Asian countries have limited knowledge of Chinese companies.The government should support small and medium-sized enterprises to enhance their knowledge of local culture,train local talent in technology application and company management,and foster their understanding of Chinese policies and culture through business.
