The overseas industrial parks along the Belt and Road are akin to offshore counterparts of China's domestic parks,encompassing cross-border development zones situated along borders.By leveraging China's technological and financial advantages,they have seen rapid growth.At the juncture of land and sea along the Belt and Road,port-based industrial parks thrive,exemplified by the Gwadar Port in Pakistan where land meets the sea.
