基于日本经验的动画专业创新人才培养改革研究

摘要 分析我国高校在动画创新人才培养中遭遇的现实难题,指出围绕项目实施产教融合创新教育的弊端,考察日本高校动画创新人才培养经验,给出优化课程结构、推行提前介入的导师制、施行工作室制度和开展对外展示交流等改革策略.
